Bond Oversight Committee
The independent Citizens Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is a group of dedicated volunteers who actively review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayer money for school construction.
Thanks to Napa, American Canyon, and Yountville voters, a $269M bond for school facility improvements was approved in June 2016 for the Napa Valley Unified School District.
Since then, we’ve made significant progress in improving school facilities in safety, security, technology, and new infrastructure.

Thanks to the voters in American Canyon, a $25M bond for school facility improvements was approved in November 2022 for the Napa Valley Unified School District.
We look forward to the improvements we will make to school facilities in the City of American Canyon to help keep all students warm, safe, and dry.
